Performance Package I:
Mr. Blanchard as soloist:
Special Engagements: Weddings, Services, Concert appearance (i.e. cantata/oratorio etc..)
$550 per performance( w/ an additional $25 per day travel fee if outside of Battle Creek, MI) |
Performance Package II:
Mr. Blanchard as recital soloist (accompanist fee included)
$1,550 per performance |
Performance Package III:
Mr. Blanchard as clinician, adjudicator or special solo appearance
$150-500 per day ($25 per day travel stipend beyond 10 miles) |
Payment Information:
A deposit of no less than 50% of the total balance is required in advance. The total and remaining balance is to be paid by the presenter to Gerald J. Blanchard on the day of scheduled event. If for any reason the event is to be canceled, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization to give BCV Performing Artist or its representative agent, a minimum of two weeks notification (in writing), otherwise, the presenter is considered liable thus responsible for making payment in full.
The presenting organization agrees to furnish the following for each rehearsal and performance:
1) A tuned piano
2) A music stand |
*The sponsoring organization is responsible for:
-Any and all transportation cost outside of Battle Creek Michigan, unless otherwise discussed and approved by BCV Performing Artist. |
